No, flipping the Urban Spring Mattress isn’t necessary. However, we recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every three to six months if you sleep on one side or if you and your partner have different weights.

For cleaning, gently spot clean the mattress with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry naturally. Please avoid using a hair dryer, as most mattresses are flammable, except those treated with flame-retardant chemicals. For safety, keep electrical appliances away from your bed.

You can store the mattress in the box for up to 6 months. However, for the best experience, we recommend unboxing your Urban Spring Mattress within one month of receiving it.
